About this ebook

As a child, Victoria Spry was brutally beaten, neglected and starved by the woman she called Mummy.

To the outside world Eunice Spry was a devoted parent, but behind closed doors she was an evil tyrant. Instead of protecting, loving and caring for Victoria, she forced bleach and urine down her throat, knocked out her teeth, tied her up naked and made her live in squalor. It took eighteen years of heartache and despair before she found the courage to expose her mum.

Tortured is Victoria’s gripping story of survival.

While i have no doubt this girl had a horrendous life, surely her mind must have been a bit clouded over some of the events as, if some of the things she recounts did happen then surely she wouldn't be here to tell the tale. She was truly failed in any case.

People that abuse kids should be sent to hell and skinned alive. They arent even human to do that! Hope that those who do these to kids end up regretting and paying the price for the rest of their lives not even their grave deserves respect. Those parents are bullies and cowards to go after kids! There should be stricter punishments for child abusers!

A deeply disturbing book on one level, and a profoundly inspirational book on another level. Victoria; what you had to endure was beyond comprehension, subjected to cruelty that NO human being should ever face. This book has shocked me, stunned me, and infuriated me, but it has also inspired me and humbled me. Victoria, as your name suggests, you are victorious!!! Your fighting spirit and determination have made you a survivor. You are NOT STUPID, you are an inspiration. Be blessed!!!
