Years later, a distress call brings Damian Wayne, Jon Kent, and Cassie Sandsmark-the Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman of Earth-2-back to a dead planet...but what will this new Justice League find waiting for them? If life still exists on Earth, who-or-what-is lying in wait for these heroes? But it isn’t just the anti-living our heroes have to worry about, because John Constantine, Swamp Thing, and Zatanna are about to discover another evil growing...Collects DCeased: Dead Planet #1-7.

A very conflicted painfull read for sure. Yeah I was rooting for the new knockoff heroes, but still very much missing the old ones. Sups, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc are not defined by the costume they wear. They are defined, because they are Clark, Bruce, Diana wearing a costume.

Possibly the best comic I have ever read. The Deceased series is all top-tier comics, but this collection was the standout among studs. If you're a John Constantine fan, this might be some of his very best work. You don't have to be comic fan to truly enjoy this comic.
