Couldn't put it down! Stayed up all night reading it. You really feel for Chase, who had to grow up so fast, tried to do what was right, made a goal, then a plan, all to keep a promise he made to his dying father when he was 12. I wound up struggling with him as he tried to figure out what was going on with the ink, and the mountain and how those things were affecting him. A unique take on Lucifer's fall from grace, and the never ending battle between good and evil.

I wasn't sure what to expect. I was really into it and got irritated at times because I wanted the story to move faster! Very interesting characters and just very thought provoking. Unique story is nice for a change!

Stephan Morse was born the year 1983 in San Diego. The next fifteen years were spent slowly escaping California and surviving a public education system. Thus far he's made it to the Seattle (WA) region with little desire to go further. When not trying to shove words together into sentences Stephan spends time reading, catching up on sleep, and otherwise living a mundane life.
