Aaaahhh!... I loved this little short story... What an eye opener though some touching reading in there... Coming from a close family with lots of love you would never really understand the concept of having to learn to love and accept love you just take it as part of life and think nothing of it but when you read stories like this that are real life it's a real eye opener like it said Charlie's Mum probably didn't receive much love or learn to pass love on and so the cycle continues... Thankfully for Charlie he had a happy ending and it got nipped in the bud while he was still young... He sounded absolutely adorable and I loved how Rosie wrote down exactly how he would say things at that age like 'Wosie' 'Sleeped' and tat for that etc you get a real feel for the little boy and just want to scoop him out the book and squeeze him hard with lots of love 😍😍 Hats off to Rosie and other carers it's a 5 star from me 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤗👍

Would have liked more than 30 pages... great book and Rosie is a wonderful lady and I love what she's doing but maybe put 2 books in 1 as id thought id payed for something that would take me longer than 10 minutes to read.

Thought it would be a longer story and give more details, not really a book more like a booklet. The bits that I did read were very sad though.

Rosie Lewis is a full-time foster carer. She has been working in this field for over a decade. Before that, she worked in the special units team in the police force.

Based in northern England, Rosie writes under a pseudonym to protect the identities of the children she looks after.
