Seriously? $3.00 for a 40 page book? Two words, Rip-Off! I mean, it was good and all, but really? $3.00?! And why isnt this availible at a book store instead of online???

For how little it was, it was really great as it's something that many of us have anticipated. I really hope there's another to be made.
