About this ebook

What dangers do runaway demigods Luke and Thalia face on their way to Camp Half-Blood? Are Percy and Annabeth up to the task of rescuing stolen goods from a fire-breathing giant who doesn''t take kindly to intruders? How exactly are Leo, Piper, and Jason supposed to find a runaway table, dodge a band of party-loving Maenads (who just might be a little psychotic), and stave off a massive explosion...all in one hour or less? With his trademark wit and creativity, Rick Riordan answers these questions and more in three never-before-seen short stories that provide vital back-story to the Heroes of Olympus and Percy Jackson books. Original art, enlightening character interviews and profiles, puzzles, and a quiz add to the fun in this action-packed collection.

Okay, First I loved reading Lukes Diary. A lot of things about him make since. I can see why he hates the gods. After this, I think he has a point. That is MESSED UP on so many levels. I cant believe a giant stole Hermes's saraff, that is just plan hilarious. Leo is awesome, or as put it "a briliant idiot". Remind my to never use windex, or trust important things to picky tables. I will never drink egg nog again. Also remind me to avoid pinecones. Really Mr. D, Can't you control? They nearly disstrooyed the woods and ruined all of Leos hard work, or maybe the was the table. I like Alibaster. I wish he had a biger part to play in the series. I w'ant him to show up later. The way the story ended it seems like they're going to do something more. , want him to appear in the series. Is he the same kid Percy Saw before the ship blew up, or his that a different kid? I bet Hayley becomes author like his dad.

Riordan's series does exactly what it was designed to do. It stimulates a thirst for the classics. One of my son's best teachers steered him towards this series and he simply devoured them.
