First time opened and could see the words but no pics. Would only read half a page. Second time, nothing. No pics, no words. Still reads but don't know if it's reading right cause no words. Was hoping it would work for my 6 year old. Fix and I'll change my rating!!!

Where are the words? Where is the sound? This takes forever to load and I waited an hour. Clicked off, went back and after another half an hour it still didn't have words OR sound. That is absalutley rediculous.
