The author has been quite articulate in pin pointing the root causes of procrastination and ways to overcome this behaviour. Self-affirmation chapter is a real gem in the book and I found the affirmations greatly helpful in tuning my mind for higher productivity. Thanks Niel for coming up this thought provoking book !!
