This is the first book I read about time management. I wish I had read this book when I was a student, and my life would have been so different. Procrastination has been my headache since I was small. Because of procrastination, I missed train, didn't finish homework on time, was late for appointments, etc.. I know procrastination is bad, but I never know how to overcome it, until I read this book. The most useful knowledge in this book is the detailed steps of beating procrastination. They are very actionable and work well on me. I have been following the author's advice for a week. I saw an increase in my productivity on the first day I took action. To make the best use of this book, I suggest you try out every advice in this book. Simply knowing the ideas will not help. You have to take actions.
