Okay, the main character has a twist that I did not expect at all. She dies, then comes back to life and gets glimpses of serial killers in action. Because this is a new power, she doesn't really know how to use or control it. The snapshots she sees could help or hurt her in the hunt for a serial killer. They could also make her a target. Great new series and looking forward to the next book.

exciting new tale of Claire King experiencing visions of killers after returning from the dead. But they aren't psychic glimpses, for she feels what the killer feels, including the thrill.

Claire is an experienced agent who is adapting to a new partner - Wilson - and is not afraid to put her life at risk in order to put a killer behind bars. Facing "The Artist" she in fact, dies and after being resuscitated she discovers she has the power of seeing things in the past and in the future. She does not tell anyone about her new powers but her partner sees something is not right as she cannot always fully explain how she got leads. A promising new series!!!
