Megan resents her older sister, who is the sheriff in a nearby county, and her intrusion in her personal and professional life. She is dealing with a serial killer who sends letters to the Police giving clues (in riddles) as to where the victims may be found. Megan and her partner work under pressure, and follow many clues till they discover the culprit, and put him behind bars. The story has lots of action and keeps the reader's interest till the end. I thank the author for this ARC.

This book gave me a different, needed experience.It was what I needed to read,I extremely enjoyed this book.It kept me on my toes 😭 100/10.I am glad to have discovered one of Ava Strong's books and can't wait to continue this journey Thank you 🙏🏽

There is a lot to say about this book. I'll simplify by stating that I didn't like it, for many reasons. my biggest being the conversations between characters felt so forced and fake. It comes across as if the writer doesn't know how a normal conversation takes place, too many ands starting off sentences.
