As much as I want to continue recommending this series, the way the antagonists are being handled is starting to make the whole series feel empty. Detlinde is the perfect example. A character that initially sermed to have room for an arc but now I've finally have had to accept will never be more than a 1 dimensional caricature who is also somehow expected to play one of the most prominent antagonist rolls. Villians have always been a weakness of this series, but they only seem to be getting worse. You know theres something wrong when friggin Benzewerst was somehow allowed to have more depth.

so, I love this series. so instead of a review of how awesome it is I want to post my opinion on how Myne could absolutely annihilate another territory. If you interest keep reading. So it's been mentioned that the taue fruit are actually tromb seeds but with no mana. If your anything like me, you've though of this already or you already know what I'm saying just from that. All Myne would have to do is go into another territory with a bunch of Taue fruit and start throwing them around. It would annihilate the territory and because of the boundary principle it's likely that even if she was to scatter them completely throughout the territory the damage would then be concentrated to that territory. however it was briefly hinted that the trom seeds can't grow on the White Stone so it couldn't be used against or inside of cities unless they had exposed Earth. the only territories that could fight back would be those that have black weapons.

I am also unable to read this book, so hoping that more reviews will get the issue fixed sooner
