Michael Lairson did a fantastic job of explaining the intricacies of reporting in this book while making it easy enough to understand. This book has guided myself and my colleagues through many of the requests for reports we've gotten, so much so that we refer to it as "The Bible". It's an awesome book, and if you need to create CRM On Demand reports, you need to have this book within arm's reach.
