Some wonderful recipes: I go back to the flapjack and the tray bakes again and again and they always disappear from my cake tin. One problem: if you are a 50 plus with a small 7 inch tablet and a study-bound PC, invest in the book. As far as I am aware you cannot print the recipes which means you will have problems when it comes to more ambitious projects like Christmas cakes; if, like me, you do not have perfect sight.
