I have been trying with different bread recipes out there for a long time. The success rate is not constant but my first Paul's white bread bake was a SUCCESS! His recipes are easy to follow! An essential bread recipe book to have for baby bakers.

what great Paul Hollywood baking book about dough and salt that is important that salt is really good for dough

Paul Hollywood has shot to fame with his role as a judge on The Great British Bake Off. He worked as Head Baker at exclusive hotels including Cliveden and the Dorchester and he went on to launch The Paul Hollywood Artisan Bread Company, which now supplies Harrods among others.
