About this ebook

From childhood nemeses to business rivals, can competition lead to attraction for this unlikely pair?

From lemonade stand wars as kids to competing coffee shops as adults, Ben always finds ways to get under my skin. But, no matter how he pushes my buttons, I refuse to let him ruin my business.

Of course, there is the matter of his adorable seven-year-old daughter he’s now struggling to raise on his own. I want to keep him in the familiar enemy-zone, but his little girl is melting my heart.

Thanks to her, I’m beginning to think there’s more to the single dad than meets the eye. Ben has many layers, and I find myself wanting to unravel them. Is it possible he has a kind heart under that cocky façade?

But what if it’s all a trick? Bankrupting my coffee shop, while shattering my heart, would be the ultimate win for him. How can I trust that the attraction between us is real, and not another high-stakes competition?

If single parents romances are your jam look no further than single dad Ben and Brooke’s journey in Worth a Chance. I was drawn in from the first few pages and there was no putting down until the final word has been read. This is a story with all the feels and it will appeal to a wide range of audiences. It took me a few chapters to warm up to Ben but once I got to know the man, I fell hook, line and sinker for him and his adorable little girl.

First, I have to say I love, love, love single dad romances and Lea Coll has a home run with Ben and Brooke’s story. It started with competing lemonade stands and now it’s going to be competing coffee shops. Brooke owns Java Coffee and Ben is opening Bean Rush. Can two coffee shops both survive? Grab your copy and see what happens. Second, I have to say I bet you’ll love Cammie, Ben’s daughter, and Hunter, Brooke’s nephew. I also loved catching up with all the previous couples we’ve come to know

This enemies to lovers romance was well written, had a wonderful storyline and the characters will have you invested in them. Brooke and Ben were competitive in school and were co-valedictorian. Ben moved to their hometown and opened the coffee shop Bean Rush which was now competition for Brooke's shop Java Coffee. These two push each other to be more creative and strive to make their businesses succeed.
