People, it is free, they ask for it, but when you put it in, it will come out 0.00 balance at the end, before you buy, you will see how much it is....when you get a free book its 0.00. Go for it. To the teens, I'm a mom, I have a teen, we put a debit card on her name, with so much money in it, her allowance, and she can spend so much a month, and if its free, its free to her advantage. Ask your mom if you can do that, that will teach you how to use your money wisely. Since putting my daughter on this debit card has taught her good lesson on money management. Maybe this will convince your mom. First two months, her money ran out and she did not like it because had no money left, but sure helped her 3rd month after that...no problem, managed it very well. Good luck.

Explanation of free - when you don't have pay for anything like a book IT SAYS FREE that what I don't get . I download free books all the time from here. It uses your google play account but doesnt charge you anything. Once you enter a cc to buy something through the app store it saves your cc and links it to your gmail account. Good thing about that is even after a year and a new phone, you only have to buy an app once. Its free.
