*SPOILERS* ALLEGIANT was not what I thought it would be. The author's choice to switch perspectives was not a wise one. I often found myself wondering from whose perspective I was reading from. There was no differentiation between the two main characters. The end of this book was anti climactic. I don't mind if an author kills off a main character, though I did mind how Roth carried on after Tris's death. There was no point to continue with the story. Overall, I was unimpressed. The book just didn't do it.

I absolutely loved the series and couldn't seem to put the book down which is why I felt so cheated with the ending. Roth cheated us out of our much anticipated happy ending. I also felt myself questioning if I was reading a Tris or Tobias chapter. Their perspective voice could have been a lot more distinct. Very disappointed with the ending but still loved this heartbreaking story.

It says it's free and I got it. But I have it connected to my phone bill, and it said, "payment successful." So I don't know if I spent money or not. If I did it better not be expensive. But I love the series!!
