Mr Lallo, as in every new addition to the Book of Deacon anthology, has written something that at once filled me with wonder while enjoying every bit of it, and left me with a small amount of grieving at it's conclusion. The story builds as many good stories do: slowly at first, then captures your attention along with your imagination as it speeds towards it's crescendo. It is my fervent hope and desire that this is but one more tale in the epic adventure that I know and love.

A More Than Worthy Addition To The "Book Of Deacon Series"!! Bringing us once again into the ongoing story of the fight against D'Karon magic-Miranda and her friends are the only heroes brave enough to stand in the way of its evil destruction! Time and time again-Lallo has proven his talent for breathing color, depth and life into his characters and their world. His words draw you into a wonderfully vivid alternate reality only an accomplished storyteller like Lallo could bring to life in your minds' eye. I love this series, I Love this book, give us more Mr. Lallo!

And yet another amazing story! I have 100% loved each & every engrossing tale of Joseph R. Lallo's connected to "The Book of Deacon" world. I'm already impatient for more, so keep writing, JRL! There's still so much more to tell. :)
