I like the book and all but why does have to the one always taking the big wins fist,shadowbear against all odds,the urdmoder even if he had help it was him ultimately with the final,and the leader of the frostborn.I get that he's the main character but he's still a normal human why must he have such feats consistently,like calliande is the keeper n yet she doesn't even as such feats,I'll like for her to shine more as well.

This book is another in the dreadful Frostborn series. What Moeller's has going for it in its somewhat interesting overarching plotline, it more than makes up for in repetitive writing (every book reminds us how the characters talk, how they walk, and how they fight, sometimes multiple times in the book) and unoriginal book subplots. Will not be reading any more of these books.

I started this series on a whim in hopes of finding a great epic filled with mystery and the challenges of otherworldly dangers. This series, to me, stands tall amongst the great works of storytelling. I would love to see it transpired to the screen some day.
