While this is an alright story, it certainly isn't anywhere near the instant classic 'the long Halloween' has turned into, or his later (and somewhat less stellar) work 'hush'. Some of the art style that made the long Halloween so special is in here, but none of the charm or creativity is. A relatively anticlimactic conclusion left me feeling somewhat empty, only made worse by the fact that there really wasn't much of a story here to make climax at all. Overall, it's a decent value at the $1.99 price tag.
