Cringey fanfiction style writing. Its creepy having adult characters have pervy interactions (considering the age of the MC and that he's in school way too many inappropriate actions) with a young teen protagonist. Reads like ecchi manga. Obviously some kind of wish fulfilment fiction.

Good solid story. Engages well, easily read and world setting done nicely. Only issue is seems to touch the surface and not dive in, so comes over a little shallow. Great for a lazy read.

School boy reading, cliched, gives impression of being set in medieval times but women wear short dresses !! Over Americanised more cheap detective writings
