I really enjoyed this one so much. This book just made me feel good. I loved all the characters. Cammi and Elias are so adorable together. My heart happy sighed a lot with those two. This book definitely packs the heart and feels. I loved the small town atmosphere. The epilogue is everything. My heart was bursting with happiness while reading the epilogue.

The Dare Series continues. EVER & AFTERS is book two in The Dare With Me series by J.H. Croix and brings us Elias and Cammi’s story. Both of these characters have a lot of baggage from their previous relationships and neither one is looking for a new one. Elias has been a regular to Cammi’s coffee truck ever since he moved to Alaska. He’s the classic silent type of guy, giving of grumpy vibes but still there’s that certain something hiding deep inside. Neither are looking for love but it finds them anyway. Not before some ex trouble come along to muddy the waters though. Cammi and Elias were a sweet couple and the attraction shown in book 1 followed through here in their story. A long, slow-burning story that was well worth the wait.

I have to say this again… I absolutely LOVE J. H. Croix’ writing style! Always beautifully written, full of realistic characters and storylines that are so engaging that you cannot put the book down! The love scenes between Elias and Cammi were scorching hot. The storyline was unpredictable and kept you guessing as to what was to happen next. Loved it! Can’t wait for the next book in this series!
