Good book and good advice on combining the right foods together which it seems like we have forgotten how to do. Also love that he points out that you don't have to become a gym rat just get up and move! This is obviously written as a jump start or pushing through when you have hit a plateau, he is not saying live on 3 smoothies a day forever or this would be a huge failure. Read the book and just follow along works great for me!

I love this book and this diet. Its not easy only eating smoothies for five days but boy is it worth it! Ive always been able to lose weight fairly easy but this method kept it off with very little effort. At beginning of 2013, i was 176 lbs. After diet I was 145 and only began gaining weight after i found out i was pregnant and im still not back 176lbs. I honestly believe it was this diet.
