The key points were great, but this book could have been an article. I still enjoyed it and if it helps me close one deal it was well worth the price.

Wow. Straight to the point. Applies to every TYPE of salesperson also. I sell cars and it's pretty hard finding sales "helps" anywhere. These I can apply in my business, great "all around" advise!

I have been in sales for almost 15 years and these 20 points are invaluable to our careers. The notes reminded me of several things that I USED to do and have lost sight of, however, need to bring back in to my arsenal of closing customers.
