After reading the first 11 I was intrigued to no what happens only by the way of thinking the characters I've grown to like so much were to be written off. the Ending was. excellent Superman has always been written so well as the man of hope even when all hope in your own mind is gone from how the story was panning out and how he wrote the story to explain and fix the new and old timelines while keeping all characters true to form.Batman is not Batman without being Bruce Wayne and the Sane for Superman and the Watchmen particularly Manhattan who lost himself and all hope with having tremendous power being able to see all these timelines and getting lost in not having any humanity and looking at everything with no emotion and Superman being himself and that one act of not taking his what he thought rage out on him but in the midst of everything that happened still had empathy for a person he knew nothing about and having lost his or parts of memory and still trying to do good for no other reason other than it is the right thing to do. Great writing gladd it ended the way it did..

An outstanding example of how to accept an impossible task and execute and deliver an experience that is worthy of its legacy
