What a nice new way to tell a story I thought I knew all about, but this is all new while keeping the essence and truth. Better yet, you won't see what's coming (no spoilers) and it is more than a great twist because it makes the emotional conflict that is to come deeper than ever. Can't wait for the next book! :)

Geoff Johns is an award-winning writer and one of the most popular contemporary comic book writers today. Johns is the author of The New York Times bestselling graphic novels AQUAMAN: THE TRENCH, BLACKEST NIGHT, GREEN LANTERN: THE SINESTRO CORPS WAR, JUSTICE LEAGUE: ORIGIN, SUPERMAN: BRAINIAC and BATMAN: EARTH ONE which hit #1 on the bestseller list.
