Single best book on becoming wealthy through investing in single family rental properties hands down. Straight forward no B.S. info, not like other books with unrealistic no money down creative financing scenarios. I have been a full time real estate investor for 25 years and this book will give you the road map to becoming wealthy.

The first 100 pages literally should have been withheld from the book. There was so little actually investing knowledge transferred in the first 100 pages that I almost stopped reading. Also, warning, the phrase"millionaire real estate investor" is written at least 150 times within the book (not even over exaggerating).

Save your money, there are MUCH better resources available for investors! This book is written in such a way that I feel as if I'm having a polite conversation on investing at a cocktail party. Gary does a great job of promoting himself! Run away as fast as you can.
