The author delivers a wonderful story in which another Walker sibling finds their HEA. Jedidiah Walker left Whiskey River right after HS. She wanted more than life in the ranch and she got it when she became a DEA agent. One that went undercover frequently. She never expected that the job would destroy her emotionally when her partner/fiance is killed in the last undercover mission. Leaving her with the decision of resigning and going back home as well as never fall for another dangerous man.
