Plot movement and world/character development should have been a couple additional chapters merged to end of the previous novel - there's not enough content here to warrant a standalone book. Feels like an outright cash grab by publishers.

Each Silva story I read seems better than the last, but they are all truly wonderful. No one develops characters better, and weaves thew into captivating dramas. Silva is absolutely one of my favorites.
