Ive read all the foster story books and loved the way she deals and improves lives but there is too much emphasis on how the school system works and how hard a job teachers have.

A pleasure as always to read Casey's books, I love her style of writing and her story telling skills. She helps so many children, she's a true inspiration, the works should have more like the "Watson" family.

Good story but a lot about herself rather than the child which frustrated me meaning I skipped quite a bit.

About the author

Casey Watson, who writes under a pseudonym, is a specialist foster carer. She and her husband, Mike, look after children who are particularly troubled or damaged by their past.

Before becoming a foster carer Casey was a behaviour manager for her local comprehensive school. It was through working with these ‘difficult’ children – removed from mainstream classes for various reasons – that the idea for her future career was born.

Casey is married with two children and three grandchildren.
