On a cold dark evening Danny finds a place in her home where he can be himself; away from his parents’ impatience and frustration. Often in his own little world, six-year-old Danny finds it difficult to communicate, finding solace in his best friend and confidant George – his rabbit.
Cathy quickly becomes aware of his obsessively meticulous behaviour in addition to his love of patterns, he sees them everywhere and creates them at any opportunity – in his play and also with his food. She realises that patience is the key to looking after Danny as well as her well-tried strategies for managing children’s behaviour.
With his father refusing to cooperate, it becomes increasingly likely that Danny will be living with Cathy permanently until she gets an opportunity to speak her piece.

I have purchased this for 2.99 and when i get to page 33 it stops then goes to say to buy 2.99...but i have already bought it? Is the whole book not 2..99?? Do you have to buy it in separate parts or what? It says "you own this book" but wont let me read past page 33 to then says to buy? Someone help me out with this lol x

Bless Little Danny 💙 Another 5 star review for Cathy Glass what a wonderful woman for all that she does for these beautiful children... I really hope all worked out well for little Danny after returning home... I think him and his family came a long long way thanks to Cathy and how lovely his bond with George... So touching 😻 It made me giggle when he tried to toilet train George 🤣🤣 Defo recommend... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🤗👍

I loved everyone of Cathy's books and have read them all. I am eagerly waiting for this book to come out so I can start reading

About the author

Cathy has been a foster carer for over 30 years, during which time she has looked after more than 150 children, of all ages and backgrounds. She has three teenage children of her own; one of whom was adopted after a long-term foster placement. The name Cathy Glass is a pseudonym.
