Inside-Convicted but innocent Virgil spent 14 yrs in jail. He is set free but the gang leaders and corrupt wardens want him dead but another warden wants him to go undercover in another maximum prison. He agrees on condition that his sister and her 2 children are placed in the Witness Protection programme. Peyton the deputy warden years for his life. As she gets to know him they fall in love. Brilliant story. Nerve wracking to the end.In Seconds - 2nd book deals with Virgil's sister also good.
