This is not one of Blake Pierce's best wtites. Search for the killer was long, boring and drawn out. It was difficult to stay focused and when the killer was discovered, it was quick and over. There was not suspension or difficult. Paige had a thought and wham out of no where this killer was found!

Your stories are good but, ( yes the terrible but ) you say something and then you you repeat it in a different configuration like your audience is stupid and couldn't get it the first time. You do this constantly. So much so that I had to say something. Also, we get it already! She's attracted to the guy, yadda yadda. You either need to find another way to express that to are it interesting or not express it soooooooooo much. You have me skipping paragraphs just so I can get on with the story. I very much like your creativity in coming up with new ideas for your killers though. That can't be easy,

Paige and Christopher are in an awkward relationship working together because of mutual unspoken feelings. She also wants to prove she is capable to be an agent and do things by herself which puts extra stress on their daily work. They are searching for a killer that stages their victims as in a trick in a magician's show and it takes them almost four victims until the culprit is identified and arrested. The Girl He Took has a good plot and keeps the reader guessing what will come next.
