Daisy is hired by a woman whose wealthy fiancé has died of suspicious circumstances. Somewhat our of her depth, Daisy launches her investigation even while stymied at every turn by his family. Good start to a promising new series.

Daisy is second-guessing her competence to keep her inherited business of a PI agency until a "dream" case falls on her lap and she is thrown into the midst of an investigation to find out if the heir of a multi-million dollar fortune was killed or committed suicide. She does what she knows best, investigates thoroughly, and keeps her discretion, she has ups and downs in her quest but ends up finding the culprit and having a second chance with her business.
