this book was soooooo stupid. the more I am reading of the newer books of Blake Pierce the more I am wondering that he is outsourcing work to other authors who are producing this junk under his name boring to say the least. an inexperienced, complete newbie to FBI is already making pathology lab rounds in the first hour of her duty. this part of the job was not even related to her consultation responsibilities she had been signed up for in the first place. no training, no checks, no sense. ridiculous beyond understanding. the story was taking sooooo loooooong to progress I gave up reading after the first few chapters. dull and idiotic.

Cami Lark is a hacker, she is extremely intelligent, and she's anti-establishment. She does not believe in the police or the FBI, and in order to prove her point of view she hacks into the FBI's system but she is offered one way out to redeem her actions and works with them in search of a skilled hacker who is killing people around Boston. The plot is a good one, and it's even funny as Cami has all the reactions of a spoiled brat, but it's surprising how she learns and grows as the plot grows.

Yikes! I couldn't get past the first page of the prologue with so many grammar and punctuation errors. I tried to let it go and just read but every other sentence started with "The victim was", "She was", "Her hair was", "They were". I hate to leave bad reviews but this really needs some work.
