This is the second book I have read by this author, both books have been full of very obvious spelling mistakes. This is something you don't expect from a published novel, which makes me wonder if it was even proof read before publication. A good story with interesting characters and plot, but too many spelling mistakes and grammatical errors ( some being very basic) completely lets it down. Very disappointing to see from any writer, let alone a published author.

A good book for a one time read, but I find nearly all books by this author following a similar, predictable story line, ie a girl with childhood trauma trying to survive in a male dominated police force, having problems with most men around her, and in the end she decides to ditch the entire police squad and go catch the killer all by herself.. Too much superhero influence I would say.. Makes it feel unrealistic. This is my honest opinion after reading three books by this author. I had to force myself to finish this one cos I knew halfway itself how it was gonna end. I'm sorry for being critical. This coming from a huge crime novel fan. Also, grammatical/spelling errors in a Published Book are an absolute no-no. And there are quite a few in all books I've read by this author. Maybe that's why they're free? 🤔

It was a great and intriguing storyline, but there was allot of biased and one sided views. Mostly very feminist and men hater. The author spent too much time one that. What would've been better is if you want your opinion about those things out there briefly touch on them but then let the reader enjoy the book and connect with the characters. Again I really liked the idea, just a little too much dwelling on certain things that weren't very necessary.
