This could have been a good book. The overall plot was an interesting idea, but the writing seemed rushed, awkward, and clipped. I honestly started to wonder if it was written by AI. A vampire jumps from tree to tree with a girl he likes on his back, hmmmm, where have I read that before? I understand that original ideas are hard to come up with, but that was just lazy. The way the direction of the story abruptly shifts at the end seemed like someone else came in and took over the book with a completely different story in mind. Again, it seemed very rushed, like they just wanted to get it over with, which I can understand because thats how I felt too. The more I think about it, the more I hate this book.

absolutely loved this book. felt like I was living in it. perfect plot twists, romance and storyline. felt it was a Lil short and some details and events could've been dragged out. crazy cliff hanger for sure. 10/10 would recommend to any supernatural lovers. especially if you like the vampire diaries / Harry Potter/ mrs.perragrins home for peculiar children . kinda has all those mixed together. binge read this book.

loved the characters and the fight scenes. The writing was superb and kept you interested and fast paced wondering what was next! I am 70 years old and loved it!
