didn't get even halfway through. the plot mistakes are so annoying. is she or isn't she? very confusing. had me rolling my eyes alot! the whole idea of the book seems great. this needs a re-write. but this one is top tier of the worst books I've read(ish). shame though.

Halfling's magical journey starts rather quickly than anticipated. Powers comes to her without training and without calling .But I suspect she is helping the wrong side not knowing. Beginning should've been a little bit more slow to make it believable.

There are so many issues with this book I really can't comprehend how those who paid for this book must feel. the writing was terrible, nothing made sense. the protagonist and side characters, including the love interest, were so unrealistic and boring. I am absolutely God smacked, that the author would charge people to read a book like this, with so many plot holes and mistakes. it's been so many years since it was published, either fix the mistakes or take it off the shelf. don't scam people into buying a book that is not up to publishing standards. This reads like it was written by a 12 year old.
