“The murderer is with us—on the train now . . .”

Just after midnight, the famous Orient Express is stopped in its tracks by a snowdrift. By morning, the millionaire Samuel Edward Ratchett lies dead in his compartment, stabbed a dozen times, his door locked from the inside. Without a shred of doubt, one of his fellow passengers is the murderer.

Isolated by the storm, detective Hercule Poirot must find the killer among a dozen of the dead man's enemies, before the murderer decides to strike again.

I love Agatha Christie books. This was the 2nd one of her I read and I loved it. She has this ability to give you a story with unique crimes, charecters and evidence that keeps you guessing until the final chapter when it all make sense. Im so glad that my grandma got me into reading these!

Absolutely LOVED this book! Downloaded on a Saturday morning at work, slow day, and finished in less than 6hrs. I will be getting a hard copy for sure of this and all of Agatha Christie's work. I have never read any of her novels and after this she is now a favorite. Quirky, fun, surprising mystery, I strongly recommend!

Very fun, fast-paced read. It left me questioning the entire time who the culprit was. My first Agatha Christie experience and left me definitely wanting to read more from her.
