About this audiobook

Declutter your mind and do the important sh*t you've been putting off with this New York Times bestseller from the author of The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck and You Do You.

Ever find yourself stuck at the office-or even just glued to the couch—when you really want to get out (for once), get to the gym (at last), and get started on that "someday" project you're always putting off?  It's time to  get your sh*t together.

In Get Your Sh*t Together, "anti-guru" Sarah Knight introduced readers to the joys of mental decluttering. This book takes you one step further—organizing the f*cks you want and need to give, and cutting through the bullsh*t cycle of self-sabotage to get happy and stay that way. You'll discover:

  • The Power of Negative Thinking
  • Three simple tools for getting your sh*t together
  • How to spend less and save more
  • Ways to manage anxiety, avoid avoidance, and conquer your fear of failure
  • And tons of other awesome sh*t!

Get the most out of getting your sh*t together with the Get Your Sh*t Together Journal.

Common sense information was given. Tells you to make a calendar and prioritize..well duh! There's a whole chapter on how to check your emails which was a waste of my time (should have just skipped that whole chapter). This book gives no valuable info. It's pretty common sense stuff mentioned like "try not spending money on starbucks" and it's basically a bunch of filler words. This could have easily been an article on buzzfeed. I am disappointed with this book. I'm bored.

Another excellent book by Sarah Knight. I have both the hard copy and audiobook versions of this, and it's one of the best purchase decisions I've made in a long time. A lot of the advice in here is fairly common sense, but this book delivers this advice in such an engaging and enjoyable way that I've found myself sticking with the advice when few other books have such staying power. Some might comment on the author's political leanings. I personally agree with them, but I know not everyone might. You can't deny that there is some truly helpful advice in here. If someone can't see past the person and take the helpful advice, then it really says more about them than Sarah Knight. It also says that they haven't read her first book. Highly recommended.

Loved & appreciated 95% of the advice. The other 5% was a weird combo of preachy & political undertones that we're really out of place. Her first book wasn't like this, but overall a fun read! ✌️
