This book changed my life on reading it 11 years ago, newer techniques (such as the brilliant 'acceptance paradox'!) the author has developed are available in his later books and are also fantastic. These days I do the exercises weekly (or whenever I suspect myself slipping back into depression) and they are SO amazingly helpful, my scores on the depression test, after the CBT exercises are usually 'minimal depression'. Love listening to this audio version.
