The narrator is very dry and hard to listen to some times. If I hadn't seen the movie it would have been difficult to actually picture the action scenes.

The story is good of course. However, I didn't like the narrator. He didn't use the accents for characters that do in the film. Also, he managed to make jar jar sound worse with an almost Russian accent.

it was fun to read through the movie adaptation. though, the way the reader says names bothered me. like PALPA-TYN instead of PALPA-TEEN. I feel like the writer did a good job with Anikan and Padme. the book actually shows that something is going on between them. the movie makes it seem one-sided. also, the writer makes anikan sound like a cry baby most of the time, or maybe it was just the way the reader voiced his lines. overall, fun book.
