I found this book really helpful. I'm still waiting for a full diagnosis based treatment plan so will definitely be trying to use some of Sasha's tried & tested suggestions. Luckily, having bought the audio version, I can keep re-listening until those suggestions take root!

Dr. Sasha Hamdani is a board-certified psychiatrist and ADHD clinical specialist. In high school, she founded WorldHarmonyOnline, a nonprofit organization serving to create global access to healthcare, education, and technology. Her passion for advancing accessible healthcare led her to medical school and eventually through psychiatry residency. @ThePsychDoctorMD on Instagram and TikTok, she breaks down stigmas and provides evidence-based information about ADHD from the unique perspective of someone who has been both a patient and a provider.
