Sally M. Winston, PsyD, is founder and codirector of the Anxiety and Stress Disorders Institute of Maryland. She is a master clinician who has given sought-after workshops for therapists for decades. She coauthored What Every Therapist Needs to Know About Anxiety Disorders and Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts.

Martin N. Seif, PhD, is cofounder of the Anxiety and Depression Association of America and a faculty member of New York-Presbyterian Hospital. He is board certified in cognitive behavioral psychology. Seif is coauthor of What Every Therapist Needs to Know About Anxiety Disorders and Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts.

Linda Jones is an award-winning narrator and NYC actor with a penchant for dark edges and curious truths. She has narrated for Penguin Random House, Recorded Books, Audible Studios, and Dreamscape, as well as a variety of independent authors and publishers. She holds a BFA from Ithaca College.
