I cant stop reading because I was half way through the first book when I realized how terrible the author is and the narrator is ridiculous. In the middle of a war a hardened warrior will scream and this narrator makes him sound like a 9 year old girl. The writing is just as bad, repeating the same exact lines word for word over and over again. The story is good and I want to know what happens so you will get your money and I will listen to every single book but you need to take a class.

I tried to listen to the whole series, but this book will be the last. The repetitive language constantly using several, rooted, all in the world was right, soared. Did no one read these or just figured ehhh people will buy the book then just get mad and be screwed because you can't get your money back for horrible writing.

This is a must have series for anyone who loves Kings, Queens, creatures of light and dark. Mysterious and dramatic and well worth reading. Morgan Rice captures your imagination. and intrigue in this wonderful collection of the oldest good verses evil. I recommend this fantasy series to all who are never too old for letting your imagination loose in a great book. LadyJen
