Ratings and reviews

The plot of the story is intriguing and keeps me listening, despite a few problems. The grammar used is inconsistent and sounds very amateurish. The worst is the constant repetitive use of words. The same phrases are used over and over. I have just enough interest to keep listening, but find myself annoyed at hearing the same descriptions and phrases. I also wish that they hadn't been broken up into such short stories. I think overpriced for the quality of writing. Would benefit from editing.

Good to listen to if you are bored. Author tends to recycle phrases. After 10 times of 'he couldn't believe it" one gets a bit jaded on the prose. Protagonist is a Mary Sue. Who at 14 defeats a dragon the size of a T rex. the best knight in the kingdom falling in love at first sight with a tavern wench covered in filth is somewhat ridiculous. And the ruffians actually trying to oppose the nobility is a bit, well not reality. Sort of a soap opera feel. Reader is pretty good.

Decent series but needs more work. Grammar can be a tad annoying and there are a few paragraphs that use words that weren't around then or even on their "radar".
