In Best Man, Lia is getting ready to marry her boyfriend of five years, Aaron. The day before the wedding Aaron tells her he forgot the rings. She decides to head to his apartment to retrieve them. Aaron sends his best man, Miles, to go with her. Miles is a broody alpha male that doesn’t get along well with Lia. She thinks he hates her. The two of them get stranded on their way back to the hotel. Through spending so much time alone they both discover things they didn’t know from one another. I really enjoyed reading this story. I enjoyed Miles and Lia and their interactions with one another. This was a quick, well written enemies to lovers story that I think everyone will enjoy.

Best man was a pleasant read and Katy Evans knows how to write sexy alpha Male. Miles Foster is the best character- his personality has it all. He is strong, intelligent, witty and HOT HOT!! He’s the best friend of the groom Aaron and met the bride to be during a frat night party... Now 5 years later they can’t stand each other and have nothing kind to say to each other.. Lia is obsessed with her wedding , actually everytime Miles was calling her shorty or bridezilla it made smile as it was so so true! She has to leave the day before her wedding to do a round trip to get something she needed for her wedding... she was meant to go and be back with a few hours but things didn’t go to plan... luckily Miles joined her on this road trip! Was it luck though? At the start I struggled with the heroine and her obsessive personality. I think that her character developed well towards the end and she grew as a woman. I enjoyed the role between the 2 lead characters. The humorous dialogue kept me reading, I found it a good and easy read.

ANOTHER WINNER!!! Katy Evans has always been an one-click author for me and this story was no different. Wow I couldn't put this book down. Finished it in just 3 hrs. It sucked me right in from the beginning. I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed this read so much. It grabbed my attention from page one and i was on edge throughout loving the jabs and hate between Miles and Lia. Love the banter and sexual tension between them. Fantastic, amazing 5 start read for me as always! Highly recommended
