I wasn't sure what to expect but completion of this audiobook left me feeling excited and raring to go; one step at a time. With some lovely personal experiences to solidify the theories as well as just the right smattering of science, this book leaves you with some real-world ways to apply steps every day to not only raise confidence but rather, how to make your life one of growth, joy and fearless courage (I think). Thanks for a wonderful book, I'm already lining up your previous two!

This audiobook is a no b.s approach to confidence in an easy to digest form, it is life changing and I highly recommend that you give it a go. The impact it has made to my life is already noticeable and the future is bright :)
