best 20 bucks i have ever spent in 32 years. i normally also won't review but this book is beyond praise. it is. beautiful. listened hundreds of times in the background.. foreground... love.

I have struggled for years with my mental health, I had an eating disorder and leading on from that depression, anxiety, self esteem issues and drug addictions. I am only 10% into this audio book and have already made some realisations about my thinking thanks to this audio book. I can't wait to get through the full thing.

It would be impossible to attempt to attach meaningless symbols to what this book (first the written, then the audio version) has "done" for me. I know you need nothing, Mr. Tolle, but this vessel feels the need to express its sincerest thanks for you being you. ✌️❤️♻️☯️
